This is the part to confirm before you plan around VIT. A third-party listing reported that VIT Online's 2026 admissions opened on 13 April 2026 for the July session, with a last date in May. We could not find an official January 2027 intake for VIT Online. NMIMS, for example, is reported to run both January and July sessions, but that does not mean every university does.

• Ask VIT Online directly whether a January 2027 batch exists for your programme, and get the answer in writing.
• If there is no January intake, use the time to verify recognition and arrange documents, so you are ready for the next intake.
